We are currently not offering any returns or issue refunds at this time, however, below is our exchange policy.
In order to qualify for an exchange, the purchased item must be undamaged, unused, unworn, all of the original labels and tags must be completely intact and in the original packaging with the receipt/invoice. If you qualify for an exchange, you should email us within 24 hours of receiving the item: email@example.com with a specific reason for the exchange. Our quality control team will verify the reason for the exchange and will contact you with the next steps. The customer is responsible for return shipping when exchanging an item.
We only exchange with a different size of the same item, if we don't have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit in such cases. The store credit will be valid for 1 month and must be used within this period.
Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipping in order to ensure quality products and customer satisfaction.
